Welcome to Balanced Living Counseling with Bethann Gurrad, LMHC.
I am currently accepting new clients during the weekdays. During the covid-19 pandemic I am offering both telehealth sessions as well as in office sessions. A lot is happening, routines are altered, and life is uncertain; I am here to help.
Sometimes making changes can be overwhelming or we can get stuck in recurrent patterns that cause suffering or confusion. Making the decision to reach out for support is not always easy as we can question if it will help. Other times, we might want to do it on our own or have uncertainty about telling our stories to a stranger. It is not uncommon to have some doubts about seeking help, yet, we do not need to do it alone.
Balanced Living Counseling provides a safe and accepting space to explore yourself on a deeper level and clarify what your next steps are for a healthier, more satisfied, you. We will work collaboratively to create a personalized approach tailored to your needs to help you reach your goals and attain greater life satisfaction. Through our work together, we will explore alternative strategies for growth and change.
